- Thanks for the e-help from everyone. I located the solution by lots more
- hammering. What I got to work was that, in addition to the suggestions like:
- o File must have world read perms [OK, I had that]
- o File must be owned by user [OK, had that too]

- In my SunOS, the file had to have execute perms set when the pipe functions was
- used to execute another program. Thus the file had to be at least 755
- otherwise my SunOS 4.1.2 wouldn't run the .forward and dumpped the mail into
- the phoney user mailbox. Go figure!!

- BTW, I got lots of suggestions to use procmail, which is what I had intended to
- do originally, but first I needed to see how to get a simple program into
- execution.
