- I'm having a problem with repl. Environment is MH 6.7.2, Esix SVR4
- 4.0.3, smail3.1.25. MH was compiled with the following options:
-
- version: MH 6.7.2 #7[UCI] (mudos) of Wed Jul 8 02:23:14 EDT 1992
- options: [ATTVIBUG] [LOCKF] [MORE='"/usr/bin/more"'] [MSGPROT='"0600"']
- [SENDMTS] [SHADOW] [SOCKETS] [SPRINTFTYPE=int] [SYS5] [SYS5DIR]
- [TYPESIG=void]
-
- The problem is that when I reply to a message, the To: address has
- ".UUCP" appended to it. For example, if the original message had a
- From: line that looked like this:
-
- From: joe@bigu.edu (Joe User)
-
- and I use "repl" to reply to it, the To: line in the message draft
- will be filled in with
-
- To: joe@bigu.edu.UUCP (Joe User)
-
- Naturally, this causes mail to bounce if I don't manually correct it.
- Why is this happening, and what can I do to fix it?
