  13.   I have just started grad school here at Clemson and immediately ran
  14. into a problem using elm.  I like to use emacs, but most people here
  15. use vi.  When I change my elmrc file to make the editor emacs, everything
  16. seems to work but my mail never gets anywhere.  I don't get any error
  17. messages and it looks as though the whole thing is working just fine.

  19.   I have been using elm and emacs for the last three years or so and I
  20. am pretty sure I would notice if this looked different.  Noone here at
  21. Clemson seems to know how to make it work.  I would really appreciate
  22. any help that anyone could give me.  I really don't want to start using
  23. vi because I find it the most awkward editor I have used so far.
