  14. I've been using elm happily as my mailer for a while, and I decided to
  15. get it called up when I start openwindows (Suns X windowing system).

  17. I'm running SunOS 4.1.1 and Openwindows 2 with Elm 2.3 PL11.

  19. I tried to get elm to start up with the window system (by editing
  20. .openwin-init).

  22. Now, elm starts up, the menu at the bottom displays, and the list of
  23. message headers does not.  I can read messages, by typing retrun, I
  24. can set the message to a new number, even after reading messages, I
  25. can't get elm to show me the headers.

  27. Calling up Elm in a shelltool still works.  ^L, suspending elm, and
  28. reentering do not get my messages to show up.

  41. What a terrible thing to have lost one's .sig.  Or not to have a .sig
  42. at all.  How true that is.
