  13. I would like to know if anybody out there has ever simulated a tunnel
  14. diode with SPICE.  Did you write a custom model and add it to the
  15. SPICE2 or SPICE3 source code?  Did you make a .subckt macro model?
  16. Did you use the level 2 diode model in hspice?
