  25. The traffic on this newsgroup does not warrant the creation of a spin-off 
  26. newsgroup. I don't recall ever seeing any discussion of graph theory in 
  27. this newsgroup (I could be wrong) so I don't see that there is a need. 
  28. Why don't you try to get some discussion on graph theory going on this 
  29. newsgroup. If the volume gets annoying then maybe it will warrant the creation 
  30. of a new newsgroup.
