- Jerry,
-
- In May I finished my PhD in CS at University of Illinois. My
- thesis was on volume rendering scientific data defined on
- irregular meshes (primarily generated by the finite element method).
- The work involved computational geometry, parallelization and
- graphics.
-
- Starting next month I will be teaching at Harvey Mudd College.
- My first course will be Intro to Programming (Honors). I plan
- to use Scheme.
-
- Could you tell me who at the AI Lab to talk to about getting
- MIT Scheme for a Sequent Symmetry 81.
-
- I ftp'd to altdorf but found nothing suitable there. However, the
- README file indicated the availability of an interpreter suitable for
- any Unix-based machine but it didn't say how to get it. Can you give
- me any pointers how to track this down.
-
- Thanks,
-
- Peter Williams
-
- PS HMC is only 40 minutes from Cal Tech. Do you plan to spend
- any time there in the next year?
