- Steve, looking at your laundry list of ways to do it, the only ones that
- don't make assumptions about operating system facilites are the last
- two, and these admit of very efficient implementations in OSs that do
- have extra facilites such as piping and redirection. So if we are voting
- I vote for response_to_queue and response_to_stack, or whatever you
