  11. Under TurboVision, one is allowed to append a ResourceFile to an .EXE
  12. file. Supposedly, opening the .EXE file as a ResourceFile will cause
  13. the stream to recognise the .EXE image and the file pointer will
  14. keep moving until the SIGNATURE for a ResourceFile is found.

  16. Well, once upon a time, I did this successfully.  But now, the
  17. trick does not seem to work.
  18.  
  19. If someone has this down pat, I'd appreciate a step-by-step of
  20. the create-and-append that really works (unlike my current efforts).
