- Under TurboVision, one is allowed to append a ResourceFile to an .EXE
- file. Supposedly, opening the .EXE file as a ResourceFile will cause
- the stream to recognise the .EXE image and the file pointer will
- keep moving until the SIGNATURE for a ResourceFile is found.

- Well, once upon a time, I did this successfully. But now, the
- trick does not seem to work.

- If someone has this down pat, I'd appreciate a step-by-step of
- the create-and-append that really works (unlike my current efforts).
