  19. Get the new pascal compiler called Stony Brook Pascal +.  It allows .OBJ
  20. files to be created.  I have no idea where to get it but it will help.  It
  21. also provides C callable code and support Windows (Windows 3.0 not sure about
  22. 3.1).
