  15. I'm looking for a Turbo Pascal function or procedure that can be passed
  16. the contents of a news posting or mail message's Date: header and return
  17. data suitable for use by a SetFTime call.

  19. I'm trying to automate archiving of saved articles and especially of
  20. some mailing lists I'm on, and I need to make the file date/time stamp
  21. match the posting date. I can do it by hand with touch, but that's
  22. a *major* pain!

  25. written it.
