  12. Can any kind soul send me the details of the differences between Borland
  13. C++ 3.0
  14. and 3.1. I bought the BC 3.0 and Application Frameworks a few months back, I
  15. also filled in my little card for upgrade info unfortuantely Borland UK
  16. have not sent
