  14. Is there a freely available general purpose class library
  15. (data structes etc.) that uses templates?

  17. The GNU libg++ is still pre-template, although with macros
  18. that suggest templates -- I hear that the main libg++ maintainer
  19. is not working on a change to templates.

  21. I am aware of the Borland BIDS, but I cannot re-distribute it
  22. freely.
