  12. Help! BC3.1 Turbo Vision Help system (TVHC etc) appears to fail
  13. with an error in TV's new.cpp. The TVDEMO project does not work.
  14. I have a production program that is stopped because of this
  15. (oh, why did I use TV!) I'd prefer not to have to reinstall
  16. BC3.0. Anyone know anything about this?
