  15. I would like to solicit your opinions on ANSI C compilers for DEC's VMS
  16. operating system.

  18. We're looking to buy one and this is what I've heard or know so far:

  20. - VAX C is currently *not* ANSI,
  21.  
  22. - GNU C on VMS is buggy,
  23.  
  24. - TauMetric offers ANSI C in its C++ compiler.

  26. Is TauMetric the one to choose?  Have I missed anybody?
