  11. The company I work for is expanding their computer system, and plans to use
  12. DecWindows.  We're looking into getting C++, an object oriented code that can
  13. not only run windows, but create them as well.

  15. Our main concern now is how easy (or difficult) is it to learn this new
  16. software package?  The company would like to have it, but if it takes weeks to
  17. learn it...
