I would like to transfer Ada data structures between two heterogeneous
nodes using OSI. OSI provides mechanisms (Abstract Syntax Notation One
and Basic Encoding Rules) for encoding data types in a vendor-neutal
format. That will probably work fine for types like integers and floats,
but how are fixed point types encoded?
