  51. To access one of electronic libraries listed here, 
  52. type "telnet XXX" or "tn3270 XXX"
  53. where XXX is the internet address name or the internet address number.
  54. For example, type "telnet dra.com" for accessing the copied catalog of
  55. the Library of Congress in US. Note that " should not be typed. 
  56.     Most of library systems cannot be accessed for the system maintenance
  57. at least one a week. If the connection with the target library system is not 
  58. established, try it again  in the different time and please be patient.
  59.     In this list the default access is to use "telnet XXX" for Unix based
  60. systems, and tn3270 command is used for IBM systems. In other words,
  61. if there is neither telnet nor tn3270 description, 
  62. you should use the telnet command. 
  63.     To terminate the access in general, you should follow the instruction
  64. of the accessed system. However if you cannot find it or cannot terminate
  65. the access, there is a convenient command.
  66. To terminate the access using the telnet command in general, 
  67. type control-] (holding the control-key and press ] key simultaneously),
  68. then type "quit".
  69. To terminate the access using the tn3270 command in general,
  70. type control-C key (holding control-key and press c key, then type "quit"..
  71.     To receive the help instruction from systems, simply type "help", "h", 
  72. "control-h","exp (explain)" or follow the system instruction on screen.
  73.     In general use the terminal type as vt100. In the end of every input
  74. you must type return-key.
  75.     To get IP number, type "nslookup XXX" or "ypmatch XXX hosts" where
  76. XXX is the internet address.
