- Download PVQUAN15.ZIP (Simtel, <MSDOS/GRAPHICS>) -- It contains a series
- of programs to create .FLI animations using Persistence of Vision to
- create the scenes. Included is a program to take a set of .TGA files,
- generate a single palette, and output (via another program) a .FLI file.
