  15. Anyone know of Public Domain software for converting a bitmapped image
  16. (any format but GIF, PCX etc preferred) into a *Vector* format
  17. (such as EPS, HPGL, Windows Meta-file etc) ...????

  19. (NB: I mean "tracing", not just sticking the bitmap in a PS file!)

  21. If C source is available then fine.  Otherwise PC executables if possible.
