  20. Not entirely true.  Its the AV crews responsibility to ensure that the
  21. speakers are aware of time, and yes they do flick up messages to
  22. speakers as they over-run, it's nothing to do with the AV crew, its
  23. simply the staff of the McCormick Centre get over-time the instant time
  24. runs over so things have to finish spot on or a little early otherwise
  25. it gets very expensive.
