  12. For a larger project we need a development library with the following
  13. properties:
  14.  
  15. -    C++ Class Library, compatible with USL-Class-Library
  16.  
  17. -    2-Dim graphics for CAD and CAE-drawings, including
  18.     -    segments, grouping, polygons, routing-algorithms
  19.     -    world coordinates, printer interfaces to postscript,
  20.  
  21. -    must be operable together with OSF/Motif-components, so main-loop
  22.     needs to be accessible.
  23.  
  24. -    Library must be extendible and usable by our programmers.
  25.  
  26. -    Must be a reliable, commercial product, with solid references.
  27.     We even might buy sources, if possible or neccesary.
  28.  
  29. -    Major UNIX platforms needed. (HP Risc, Sun Sparc)
  30.  
  31. -    NO GUI BUILDER or interface to some widget library asked for,
  32.     we already have one of the many variants.
