- Does anyone know how various graphics formats compare filesize-wise.
-
- I have files that contain only (line circle arc text). No color, no
- line weights, no fills, no various fonts. I need to store 15,000
- files on disk to be accessable for viewing or printing.
-
- What format would provide the smallest filesize(hpgl ps eps tiff)?
- The reason for smallness is that some may need to be stored on
- laptops. I've tested zip(dos) and compress(unix) and would be
- willing to use these in addition because they seem to uncompress
- very quickly.
