  12. Is there a way in MicroEmacs to automatically activate VIEW mode when
  13. a readonly file is readin (at startup as well as later on)?
  14. I would like to implement this both on MSDOS (Readonly attribute=set) and
  15. under UNIX (read permission, but no write permission).
