  19. Robert, Could you tell us more about the NCTENet?  What does it provide?  Is
  20. it an alternative to Internet?  What do you mean when you say we could all get
  21. together that is different from what MBU offers?  I could easily imagine
  22. paying a fee for some electronic journal service but still having to suscribe
  23. to CE and CCC because they wouldn't be equivalent or carry the same things.
