- I had exactly the same experience. The eproms only needed a few days to
- arrive here in Germany, but the custom also needed some days.

- Yes, I think this is a good sign. Some years ago, when I had a problem with
- my T2500, Telebit told me that I had no right for support because there is
- no authorized dealer in Germany where I could have bought my modem from.
- But things have changed.

- Telebit support has improved so drastically that I would recommend everyone
- to by a Telebit modem these days.
