  21. I had a problem the first week I had my 1496E, and 0/1 shipped me a new one
  22. overnight, and said to return the old one whenever I got around to it... that's
  23. acceptable service, I'd say :-)

  27. Well, I have two of the E models.  When I buy another modem, odds are extremely
  28. good that it will be an E+.  I'm very impressed with ZyXEL.
