- Reading through my MultiTech manual I see there's a v.25bis mode. It doesn't
- look terribly exciting, but I wonder what it's all about. Do folks in
- Europe *have* to use it? What's all this about a "forbidden list"? In France
- if a number gets on the list it stays there forever. As far as I can see
- there's no command to take it off the list. Does this mean I have to get a
- new PROM if I want the number off the list?
