  20. I can heartily recommend the Multitech modems for all grades and
  21. speeds.  We have used them for almost five years now and have
  22. found them to be reliable, predictable and versatile in
  23. configuration capabilities.

  25. The tech support is top notch as well.  You will pay a premium,
  26. but I've heard that the price spread is narrowing.  We consider
  27. the $200-300 difference well worth it.  We have tried cheaper
  28. modems on evaluation and have found them a headache.
