  20. Hmmm. Seems I had an overly positive experience. I ordered a modem
  21. from them in mid-July. They called back on July 23 and said they had one
  22. available. I gave them the charge information & I got the modem the
  23. following week. Perfectly happy with the modem and nothing to complain
  24. about the service (although there appears to be others who would complain.)
