  20. I had this same problem. In fact, I witnessed this in two SupraFax
  21. V.32bis modems. When I called Supra's tech support I was told that this
  22. was a problem found in a few modems, and that the new ROM's would address
  23. this issue as well as adding other capabilities. My situation did not
  24. involve the modem connected in parallel with other phones.

  26. I believe that Supra is shipping out the new ROM's to all registered
  27. owners.
