- I had this same problem. In fact, I witnessed this in two SupraFax
- V.32bis modems. When I called Supra's tech support I was told that this
- was a problem found in a few modems, and that the new ROM's would address
- this issue as well as adding other capabilities. My situation did not
- involve the modem connected in parallel with other phones.

- I believe that Supra is shipping out the new ROM's to all registered
- owners.
