  37. These fax switches don't work very well.  They have to answer the
  38. call and then try to determine what kind of call it is.

  40. The kind I like are the ones that work with distinctive ringing
  41. from your local telco.  It costs a few bucks more per month,
  42. but with distinctive ringing the switch can tell what kind of
  43. call it is BEFORE answering, and route it accordingly.  I think
  44. you can have up to four numbers assigned to one line.

  46. I think Hello Direct has one that works with up to two numbers on
  47. one line.  Their US number is 1-800-HI-HELLO.  Lynx Automation
  48. of Lynnwood, Washington makes one too.  (call directory assistance
  49. for 206 area code).
