  18. Don't know if this will help but I've noticed that if all the phones in
  19. my house are connected in parallel with the modem then the supra will
  20. not recognize the dialtone.  If I disconnect some of the phones there is
  21. no problem.  I've since installed a phone/fax/modem switch in series
  22. with the modem and the phones that effectively isolates the modem
  23. without disconnecting the phones.  You could achieve the same thing
  24. by connecting your phones to the modem phone out jack.
