- Don't know if this will help but I've noticed that if all the phones in
- my house are connected in parallel with the modem then the supra will
- not recognize the dialtone. If I disconnect some of the phones there is
- no problem. I've since installed a phone/fax/modem switch in series
- with the modem and the phones that effectively isolates the modem
- without disconnecting the phones. You could achieve the same thing
- by connecting your phones to the modem phone out jack.
