- One of my friends is still experiencing problems with using a Supra
- v.32bis modem on her system (86DX-40). The strange part is that her
- modem works fine on my system (386DX-20). We've tested different
- cables, modems, cables, serial cards, without success. The problems
- aren't consistent and basically concern sending and receiving faxes
- reliably. The only other thing I can think of is perhaps her phone
- lines are either very noisy or overloaded. How does one calculate the
- load capacity of phone lines? Most phone related items have a Load
- Number associated with them. Any ideas?
