- This is useful to know for two reasons -- first, it means there is a
- way to avoid having to pull the darned thing out of the rack and power
- cycle it. Second, I won't bother looking for a ROM upgrade (yet).

- My system definitely drops DTR -- the little lights go on and off just
- like they're supposed to to. &D3 is definitely set, so no joy there
- (but thanks for the suggestion). If you tip to the modem and then
- disconnect with a `~.' DTR drops when you disconnect, and this does
- not heal the problem.
