- Yes, But:
- 1) I am in England, but the law is very similar here.
- 2) The Quattro can be used in private line working. It does not have to be
- connected to the phone network
- 3) I could have my own telephone exchange, and use it on that. I can do
- waht I like then
- 4) Not supplying the schematic is the best way of making sure that soem
- people do really terrible repairs to thair modems/phones. They won't know
- which components are critical.
- 5) Dowty made mo mention of any laws. They just said that I wasn't
- _capable_ (not legally allowed) of repairing the modem
