- X requires a TCP/IP connection, which means you'll need to run PPP or
- SLIP between the UNIX system and your PC. Free and commercially-
- supported implementations of both protocols are available for most
- UNIX systems - ask on comp.protocols.ppp for pointers, or write to
- marketing@morningstar.com for info on our product. I've heard that
- there are some nice X-over-SLIP (and maybe X-over-PPP) packages for
- DOS PCs, but I can't give you any recommendations since I'm not a DOS
- kinda guy.

- Alternatively, there may be an X-over-XRemote implementation for PCs,
- which would talk to a similar driver on a UNIX system. This wouldn't
- require (nor offer the advantages of) a real TCP/IP connection between
- the PC and the UNIX system.
