  15. Hi netters,
  16.           I plan to buy a high speed modem and i am looking 
  17. into USR or ZyXEL.  My main problem is i plan to take it back
  18. home with me, i am from Malaysia.  I will be here(US) for a 
  19. while more but i understand there may be dial tone problems
  20. if i take a US made modem back home with me.  Anyone know of any
  21. way to get by such problems?  Is there a way to "teach" these
  22. modems to understand dial tones?  Any info related to this
  23. topic is welcome.  Thanx in advance.
