  11. Need Assistance setting up this Modem.  It is not HST or DS.  I've had
  12. trouble connecting to a few systems that work with a Telbit T1600 (V32).
  13. I've had trouble the other way as well (Tbit wont connect except 1200
  14. without garbage, but USR connects cleanly at 9600).

  16. I'm not sure where to look, or what to try.  This never fails:
  17. Connection won't work with one modem, connect the other and it works.
  18. The modems I am connecting with are all USR V32 modems.
  19.  
  20. These sites are all within the Continental USA, all using the same AT&T
  21. carrier.  Need some info.
