  20. This is almost exactly what I did. I cancelled my ATI in March I think.
  21. I then cancelled my modem in April. Well, out comes Teddy Boys letter
  22. and I start wondering .... Did they really cancel my order? Why did I
  23. get the letter? I called GW and of course I couldn't get through to
  24. Customer Disservice as usual, so I left a message with the operator
  25. to make sure my modem order was cancelled. The next day they left a 
  26. message on my answering machine that they were now cancelling my TWO
  27. modem orders.
  28. I NEVER ordered 2. Well to make matters worse, guess what FED EX tried
  29. to deliver to me a couple of weeks ago. The modem and the ATI card. What a 
  30. bunch of schmucks over there. I'm really beginninng to wonder how they can 
  31. stay in business with such a screwed up organization. I am sorry I ever
  32. bought my computer from them. (I already talked about my monitor problems
  33. before). Next time I will buy a system locally. I think it's worth the
  34. slight extra cost.
