- Hello again. Anyone out there use the Q+E program that comes with
- MS Excel 4.0 on Windows? I have Oracle 6.0xx on a PC with Windows 3.1
- and Excel 4.0. The Q+E documentation says you can connect to an Oracle
- database but it does not give directions on how to do this! The help
- screen in Q+E says to refer to the appendix of the manual corresponding
- to the DB software you have. Very frustrating.
-
- Could it be you can only do this kind of thing over SQL*Net?
-
- If this works, a little macro programming could go a long way
- towards providing a cheap familiar database interface for Excel
- users.
-
- Many thanks,
