- This looks like a problem with one of the quotas set by executing
- SYSUAF. Check with your System Manager (or DEC) to find out which one
- it is and increase the parameter. Someone at Sybase should be able to
- answer this question too, but it needs to be their VMS guru, not an SQR
- techie.
