  14.   Upon the advice offered by either the Informix manuals or the Informix
  15. Sys. Admin. course, our adminstrator set up our Informix systems on RS/6000s
  16. to use raw disk.  I believe that the UNIX filesystem overhead was supposed 
  17. to get in the way, but don't take my word for it.
