- Many thanks to those who responded to my query on upgrading from
- Version 1.10 to 4.0. At least now I know what questions to ask before
- I fall headlong into the "land of the lost"...
-
- I started learning Informix about 2 years ago with nothing more than
- the distribution manuals and 1/2 million lines of spaghetti code that
- had been mangled previously by 4 programmers. I've pretty
- much exhausted the info I can glean from the manuals (they COULD have
- better examples), but I know that FAR more can be accomplished.
- I've already done things that my predecessors said were impossible.
-
- Are there any GOOD books available on Informix?
- Some that I can live with, chew on, and learn from? My company can't
- afford to send me to training classes, so I fill my library very
- carefully.
-
- Your recommendations (and warnings) are appreciated...
-
- Please post here or reply to dschronc@lee.cerf.fred.org - Incoming
- mail is currently bouncing at this site.
