FoxPro Extended uses a DOS extender which is NOT compatible with Windows 3.1.
However, Fox, oops, I mean Microsoft, will soon have an update which is.
In the meantime, you have to run FoxPro standard under Windows. All of this
refers to Windows in 386 mode, I believe. In real or standard modes, I
don't think Windows has a conflict.
The problem is in management of extended memory. The DOS extender used
by FoxPro doesn't support VCPI or one of those other standards which
