  13. I have Open Client 2.0, and SQL Server 4.8 running on a Sun ,( SunOS 4.1.1/4.1.2).

  15. I would like to use the Gateways to access an Oracle database and an Informix database
  16. in a C program.

  18. The  gateways curently supplied by Sybase ( SQL Solutions) does not
  19. function properly with this configuration. (it is compatible with Open Server 1.0)
  20.  
  21. The  "rpctest" RPC does not function for either Gateway, but the
  22. "oraexec" and the "ifxexec" RPC do function.
  23.  
  24. Is there anyone out there who has experience with these Gateways who can give me
  25. advice, pointers, etc..
