  22.   I have heard something about a lossless fractal method, whereby the
  23. expansion exactly matches the original, but the image can be scaled to
  24. yield an approximate image "similar to" the original. This supposedly
  25. doesn't compress as well but still offeres the ability to scale down
  26. without extracting and averaging, or up with pseudo-detail filled in.

  33. donations, and I would rather repeal all other taxes and make the
