- Probably non-destructive compression is wanted. For text this is trivial,
- for analyzable audio this is the common way to go. The program ARJ seems
- to me the best choise currently available to do the job. It is available
- on garbo.uwasa.fi etc.

- The compression of audio can be inproved by pre/post processing it. A simple
- program taking differences is enough. e.g. the sample 234 236 236 236 233
- 231 would become (234) +2 0 0 -3 -2.
