  19. Nah, well it depends.  If you use a software that allows you to modify the
  20. code, then it helps.  It's really not that difficult to modify WWIV.  There are
  21. hundreds of mods published each month by SysOps who wrote their own mods.  I've
  22. released 5 mods, so it can't be difficult. =)
