- Why do people budget so high for a simple BBS system? I used to run a
- popular system in my area, with a large number of messages, and the
- whole thing ran great on a simple C64 with two floppy drives. Why the
- demand for huge storage requirements? The only reason I can see it is
- for downloads, and not every BBS even has a need for such things.
